Lexie Carter is a true force in Memphis. With her focus on Women Empowerment and the Local Democratic Party, Lexie uses her clout to nudge and support the change-makers of our city. We sat down with Lexie to get her story as only she can share it!

Lexie Carter is also the President and Founder of Willow Memphis. Willow is a 501(C)(3) non-profit organization whose mission is to build bridges for women through experience, knowledge, and compassionate understanding and by offering solutions for managing and overcoming unique challenges facing women in leadership.
