The Holidays are upon us! Social Distancing is a huge concern when parents are wondering how to get that yearly picture with Santa. Well, the Fire Museum of Memphis can help with that this year. The museum is hosting Breakfast with Santa 2020, sponsored by Memphis Firefighters Association IAFF 1784, featuring a safely catered breakfast, photos with Santa using the Santa Magic North Pole Window, and a magical seat for kids. Breakfast with Santa will be held on December 12 at the Fire Museum – 118 Adams Avenue. Tickets are $15 per person.
Santa will arrive by Firetruck at 8 a.m. The first breakfast service will be from 8:15 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. with subsequent services at 9:15 a.m. and 10:15 a.m. Groups of 80 will be allowed in the museum for each breakfast service in order to allow for social distancing. After breakfast, visitors
will be able to have a picture with Santa by Roger Cotton Photography. Then go into the 1910 building at the museum and enjoy storytime with the Dalmatians from Memphis Fire Dogs, playtime in the interactive play area, and much more. “The Fire Museum of Memphis is working with Santa and Mrs. Claus to make sure that children still have the ability to visit and give Santa their Christmas wish list, in a safe sanitary environment,” said Kimberly Crafton, executive director for the museum. “We hope that families will join us at the museum to learn about fire safety and have a great time with this holiday tradition.”
The museum is located at 118 Adams Avenue, Memphis, TN 38103. Our facilities are sanitized continually for our guest’s protection. Masks will be required except when eating.
