Our NY-style bagels are boiled in water mixed with our own local & seasonal harvested honey for a great crust and flavor.

The name “Hive” comes from our beekeeping background. We carefully curate the honey frames per colony to choose the exact flavor and quality of honey we need. We even name each colony based on the queen’s personality (Twinkie, Beyonce, Margherita, Verla, and so on). We keep to a hyper-local lifestyle and will also be selling our honey until sold out seasonally (and support local honey from other beekeepers too).
