The No Show Ball is a play on the truth that most of the fundraisers we participate in are events you actually have to attend. But on the day of the No Show Ball the event comes to you in the form of a dinner in a cooler bag dropped off at your front door. The contents inside the cooler will include an entree, salad, bread, dessert, and bottle of wine. The cost of the cooler is $100.

If you live in Shelby County your cooler will be dropped at your front door on the 11th by 3:00 and if you live outside Shelby County than you can order one and pick it up on that Saturday between 11-12:30 from Independent Presbyterian Church.

The cooler consists of:
Poppyseed Chicken entree from Off the Square Catering

About the Forrest Spence Fund
The Forrest Spence Fund is an official 501(c)3 nonprofit organization that was founded in 2007 in memory of Robert Forrest Spence. The mission of the Fund is to assist with the non-medical needs of critically or chronically ill children and their families throughout the Mid-South.

In honor of Forrest, the organization strives to support families dealing with similar difficult situations and to give back to regional children’s hospitals like Le Bonheur Children’s Hospital, Monroe Carell Jr. Children’s Hospital at Vanderbilt, and St. Jude Children’s Hospital, where the amazing medical staff fights for thousands of children each year.
