FREE but donations are welcome to aid NMSM programs

At this event we will have children of all ages to showcase their talent, whether they dance, sing, rap, spoken word, play an instrument, etc… There will also be a “Ball Out” game were families will team up against another family to shoot points on the basketball court, the family that receives the most points will win the game.  We plan to have free food, an onsite DJ to play some old and new school tracks, and informational vendors. This is a public event and donations are welcome.

Some of the talent that will be hitting the stage at this event will be;

  • Hamilton Elementary
  • Willow Oaks Elementary
  • Colonial Middle
  • Watkins Overton High
  • KIPP Memphis Collegiate High
  • Magnolia Elementary
  • JustMyMemphis Founder will speak
  • Children activities such as Kickboxing, face painting, line dancing, jump roping, hula hoop, family basketball
  • FREE FOOD, giveaways, and a chance to win from another city program $1000

Executive Director | A World of Miracles

Author of the book Turning Pain into Power entailing the story of a teen who escapes sexual abuse by her father. Executive Director of A World of Miracles a non-profit organization offering tutoring for ages pre k-12th grade including special needs. She’s the founder of the movement No More Silence Memphis where her team offers education and support for families who have been faced with incest rape and sexual abuse.

A movement created by a Memphian name LaTrossica Wilson to help inspire victims of child- incest rape to SPEAK OUT early. As a victim of child- incest rape LaTrossica is taking a stand and speaking out about her attacks. Her hope is bring awareness to this horrible crime so that other children and families can get the help they need sooner than later.
